1. Return / refund application
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this refund and return policy and the terms of Service, the Buyer may apply for a refund of the purchased item ("Items") and / or refund before the expiration of the globeshop Guarantee Period.term of service.
1.2 globeshop Guarantee is a service provided by globeshop at the request of users, which is designed to help users deal with certain conflicts that may occur during transactions. 2. Return application
2.1 The Buyer can apply for a refund and / or return only if:
The Buyer did not receive the item;
The item is defective and / or damaged during delivery;
Incomplete goods received (missing quantity or accessories);
The Seller has delivered to the buyer (such as wrong size, color, etc.);
The items delivered to the buyer and the description provided by the Seller in the list of items;
The goods received are counterfeit goods;
Items received have physical damage (e. g., dents, scratches, crushing);
Items received are defective (e. g. failure, failure to work as expected);
Through a private agreement with the Seller, the Seller must send his / her confirmation to the globeshop to confirm the agreement; or change one's mind

2.2 The Buyer's application must be submitted through the globeshop application.
2.3 globeshop will review each buyer's application case-by-case and decide whether the buyer's application is successful.
2.4 Please note that, if required by globeshop, the buyer must ship the goods to the location designated by globeshop within ten (10) calendar days after the request for return.
2.5 globeshop will independently approve your refund and return request. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that globeshop's decision is final, conclusive and binding and undertakes and agrees that no claim will be brought or otherwise brought against globeshop or its affiliates regarding that decision.
2.6 If the Buyer has brought a legal action against the Seller, the Buyer may provide globeshop with formal notice of the relevant authorities, requiring globeshop to continue to hold the purchase money until a formal ruling is made.globeshop A discretionary holding of such purchase funds is necessary.
3. Priority to the Seller's rights
3.1 If you are the preferred seller, you should have received a separate written notice from the globeshop that you have chosen to participate in the globeshop Preferred Seller Program. If you decide at any time not to participate in the globeshop Preferred Seller Program, please notify globeshop in writing; otherwise, you will be deemed to have elected to continue your participation in globeshop and agree to the terms and conditions specified in this Refund and Return Policy.globeshop Suspension or remove any preferred seller from the globeshop preferred seller plan at your discretion.
3.2 globeshop The decision to approve a refund or return in accordance with Section 2 above is binding on the relevant preferred seller. Preferred Seller agrees to comply and do all things necessary to effect the buyer's refund or return request and obtain globeshop approval.
3.3 For any refund or return request approved by globeshop, globeshop will notify the preferred seller by email ("email notification") and organize the delivery of the address provided to the relevant preferred seller to complete the refund and return process, as long as the address is located in the country listed on the website ("local address"). If the preferred Seller fails to provide the local address for the returned item or otherwise fails to accept the return within a reasonable time (as determined by globeshop), globeshop reserves the right to dispose of such item in any manner as it considers fit and the preferred Seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the item. If the preferred seller does not receive the returned item, the preferred seller must notify the globeshop within seven (7) days of receiving the email notification (the "Notification Period"). Failure to notify globeshop within the notice period will be conclusive evidence and result in the preferred seller having accepted delivery of the item and the preferred seller agrees to file no claim or raise any dispute over any such items.
3.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, globeshop may not return to the preferred seller, and the preferred seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the good.
3.5 For any refund or return received by globeshop, globeshop will deliver the goods to the address of the relevant buyer in accordance with Article 2 above.
3.6 If the globeshop approves any refund or return request, the preferred seller may appeal the decision by contacting the globeshop and providing evidence to support this appeal. If globeshop supports the appeal of the preferred seller, it will pay all or part of the purchase payment to the preferred seller. Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that globeshop's decision is final, conclusive and binding and undertakes and agrees that no claim will be brought or otherwise brought against globeshop or its affiliates regarding that decision.
4. Rights of ordinary sellers
4.1 In terms of this refund and return policy, the general seller refers to the seller who is not the mall seller or the preferred seller.
4.2 globeshop will notify the Seller in writing of the request for refund and / or return. The Seller may respond to the Buyer's application following the steps provided by globeshop in the written notice. The Seller must respond within the time frame specified in the written notice (the "Term"). 5. Return and exchange situation
5.1 In order to enjoy the carefree experience upon return, the Buyer shall ensure that the item, including any free items, such as accessories provided with the item, must be returned to the Seller in the state received by the Buyer at the time of delivery. We will advise the buyers to take pictures after receiving the item.
6. Liability for returning freight fees
(A) In the event of an unforeseen error (i. e., damaged, defective or faulty items are delivered to the Buyer), the Seller shall bear the Buyer's return freight fee.
(B) In the case that the buyer changes his mind, the buyer should obtain the consent of the seller before the return, and the buyer shall bear the return fee.
(C) In the event of a dispute between the buyer and the seller over the party responsible for the return freight, globeshop will bear the party at its own discretion.
7. Refund
7.1 The buyer will only receive a refund after globeshop receives the seller confirming that the seller has received the returned item. If globeshop does not receive a reply from the Seller within the specified time, globeshop shall have the right to refund the applicable amount to the Buyer without further notice to the Seller. The refund will be returned to the buyer's credit / debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.
8. Communication between the buyers and the sellers
8.1 globeshop Encourage users to communicate with each other when problems occur in the transaction. Since globeshop is the platform for users to conduct transactions, the buyer should contact the seller directly to solve any problems related to the goods purchased.
