8.5 globeshop acknowledges that the manufacturer has the right to enter into certain exclusive distribution agreements or minimum advertising price agreements for its products. 8.6 Each Seller agrees that globeshop and its affiliates will not be harmed by all claims, causes of action, damages and judgments arising from any intellectual property infringement claim or deletion of any content or product list associated therewith.
9. Buyer for purchase and payment
9.1 globeshop supports one or more of the following payment methods in each country / region where it operates:
(i), credit card
Credit card payments are processed through third-party payment channels accepting the types of credit cards that may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
(Iii), cash on delivery (COD)
globeshop Provide COD services in selected countries. The buyer may pay cash directly to the delivery agent after receiving the purchased goods.
(Iii) Bank transfer
The buyer may pay to our designated globeshop, secured account (defined in Article 12) through an ATM or online bank transfer ("bank transfer"). The buyer must provide the globeshop with a transfer receipt or payment transaction reference through the Upload Receipt function in the globeshop application as a payment confirmation. If globeshop does not receive the payment confirmation within three (3) days, the buyer's order will be cancelled.

9.2 The Buyer can only change the preferred payment method of its purchase prior to payment.
9.3 globeshop shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the Buyer due to the transportation information or payment information entered by the Buyer or by the payment of the purchased Goods. We reserve the right to check whether the buyer is duly authorized to use certain payment methods and may suspend the transaction until the authorization is confirmed or cancel the transaction if such confirmation is not available.
10. Seller's wallets
10.1 Your account allows storing payments you receive from sales on the platform ("Seller's Wallet"). The sum of this money minus any withdrawals will be reflected as your seller's wallet balance.
10.2 You can submit up to one transfer request per day ("Drawing Request") to transfer funds from your seller's wallet (no more than your globeshop wallet balance) to your associated bank account ("Associated Account"). At globeshop's decision, globeshop can also automatically transfer funds from your seller wallet to your associated account on a regular basis.globeshop Such transfers can only be processed on working days, which may take up to two working days to be credited to your associated account.
10.3 The seller is entitled to one (1) free withdrawal request per week ("Weekly withdrawal Limit"). For each additional withdrawal request beyond the weekly withdrawal limit, globeshop may charge a fee ("withdrawal fee"). The fees is subject to Sales and Service Tax ("SST").globeshop The weekly withdrawal limit and withdrawal fee can be changed at your discretion.
10.4 The payment for your sale of goods on globeshop shall be recorded in your Seller's wallet within three (3) days after the delivery to the Buyer or immediately after the Buyer confirms the receipt of the goods.
10.5 Once submitted, you may not modify or cancel the withdrawal request.
10.6 If there is an error occurring in any transaction processing, you authorize us to initiate a debit or credit score to your designated bank account to correct the error, provided that any such corrections comply with applicable laws and regulations. If we are unable for any reason to deduct money from your designated bank account, you authorize us to resubmit the deductions and any applicable fees to any other bank account or payment facility you file with us, or to deduct the deductions and applicable fees from your seller wallet. (Ix) recover any outstanding amount you owe us (including late fees or interest);
10.8 We have the right to restrict, freeze or suspend your seller's wallet for any reason, including your failure to repay the outstanding payments owed to us before the due date.
